Brigadier General Robert H. Milroy (1816-1890)
Milroy wears a brigadier general's frock coat with gauntlets. This sword belt includes a protector designed to keep the sword from rubbing on the uniform when held up on the belt. Several of the models featured in the Schuyler, Hartley and Graham catalog have similar protectors.
